As Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources Australia (IWIMRA) Co-Lead, Christina is Ernst and Young’s national First Nations talent acquisition manager. Throughout Christina’s career as a capable leader and facilitator of positive change and transformation, Christina has gained a broad range of experience in supporting and enhancing the cultural capability across Government Departments, corporate Australia as well as the extractive industry.
Christina utilised her strengths gained from undertaking positions where Indigenous advocacy was pivotal to her role to ensure meaningful, culturally competent and intentional standards of cultural care that are achieved through the execution of articulated Indigenous Engagement.
